Arctic Transformations: The Jewelry of Samuel and Denise Wallace
Continues through Sunday, January 13, 2008
Using fossil ivory, silver, gold and richly colored stones, Denise and Samuel Wallace create jewelry inspired by Denise's Chugach Aleut heritage and by Alaska's people, animals and natural environments. This 25-year retrospective exhibit showcases their elaborate work. Organized by the Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center.
