How much does it cost to become a member of the National Women's History Museum?

Membership is $25.00, but the Museum greatly appreciates donations in any amount.

Would you like to double the amount you donate to the National Women's History Museum? Click here to find out if your company offers matching funds.

I want to get a membership for my daughter/ sister/ mother/ grandmother/ aunt/ friend/ etc. How do I buy her a membership, too? Can I get it for her as a gift so that she doesn't have to pay for it but gets the membership?

If you would like to pay for another person's membership, please send a donation of $25.00 or more to:

We will need your name, address, and phone number or e-mail address, and the name and address of the person who should receive the gift. We will send a confirmation letter to you (the donor), thanking you - this will serve as your record for tax purposes. The person receiving the gift will receive a package detailing who gave them the gift and membership information, but it will NOT include the amount of your donation.

I am a member, but I need to update my information because my name has changed/my name is different than it appears on my certificate/my address has changed. How do I do that?

Send us your name and address, as well as the incorrect information. We will ensure that your name is corrected on the master list.

Please remember to send us the incorrect information. If we don't have the incorrect information as a reference, it takes more time to find the entry and fix the database.

Can men join the museum?

Of course! Brothers, husbands, friends, fathers, uncles, sons, nephews, and boyfriends are just a few examples of how guys in general can be some of our best friends. Anyone who shares in our vision is welcome to join the National Women's History Museum.
