National Association for Female Executives

The National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) was founded in 1972 by Wendy Rue with 1,000 members. Now in its 35th year, NAFE is the largest women's professional association and the largest women business owners' organization in the United States. It provides resources and services through education, networking, and public advocacy to empower its members to achieve career success and financial security. Initiatives include recognition programs for Top Companies for Executive Women and NAFE Women of Excellence, as well as an annual gender-wage gap survey.
