The National Women's History Museum (NWHM) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit, educational, and nonpartisan organization. Its mission is to affirm the importance of an accurate and complete understanding of the past. The Museum will fill in the missing part of history-women history. The support and guidance of our major Sponsors who fund the work of the NWHM have accelerated its progress toward the establishment of a permanent facility near the Mall.
